Exceptional Quality and Lightweight: Better than your buddy’s average trekking poles. Crafted from aircraft-grade 6061 aluminum, each 10.4-ounce trekking pole is more durable and less likely to snap under lateral pressure compared to a carbon fiber trekking pole.
Quick Lock Mechanism: Designed with rugged terrain in mind. Easily adjust your trekking poles from 26”- 54” without breaking your stride.
Cork Grip with Extended EVA Down Grip: Ergonomically designed for optimal performance without sacrificing comfort. A natural-feeling cork grip reduces the vibration caused by rugged terrain for increased comfort. The extended EVA down grip is unrivaled in size as it provides a considerable amount of space for hand placement, making those steep inclines more bearable. The adjustable wrist straps ensure a secure grip regardless of the weather conditions.
Conquer All Terrain and Conditions: Equipped with the tungsten carbide tips for year-round hiking. Adapt to extreme terrain or weather conditions by utilizing the included rubber snow and mud baskets, rubber boots, and rubber tips.
Portable: Easily store and transport your trekking poles in your hiking pack or backpack with the included travel bag. Whether you are Nordic walking, day hiking, overnight hiking, or thru hiking the Pacific Crest Trail, bring your trekking poles with you wherever your next adventure is.

    Great and cheap walking sticks!
Great poles! No real instructions but the price was GREAT. They are very sturdy and changing the height is pretty easy. Remember to tighten the latches by using ROUND knob (at other side of Latch) before putting any weight on poles. Light Weight yet sturdy and they do collapse for transporting. They really help with walking especially if you knees or hips hurt. They take off the burden on those joints. They come with a bag and and different kind of feet for pole ends

Great trekking poles for a good price
great set of hiking poles. comes with different tips. easy adjust. light and sturdy, I never used likes before but hiked Mt Whitney and I needed safety on icy rocks and snow. these did perfect and came same day. I didn’t have any problems with the adjustments getting loose throughout the hikes and I adjusted a multiple times based on going up or down so I appreciated adjustables.

Excellent poles with key features not found in others but with a minor design flaw
Just tried these in Glacier National Park and they performed well. Got the twist lock version, which is much better than the other types because (i) poles are lighter, and most importantly (ii) poles include internal shock absorbers, which are very useful on the downhill. Poles supported my weight well both uphill and downhill, and only rarely slid. Key to using the shock absorbers is to activate them by twisting back just a bit until hearing a click after tightening. This is not well explained in the product description but it is a very useful function. Straps have the correct design, which (unlike many other inexpensive poles out there) lay flat on the palm of the hand when grabbing them correctly (see videos on the internet about how to correctly use the straps to grab hiking poles). However, a minor design flaw: the stopper of the straps was placed too far into the strap end while the other end has thicker width that prevents the strap from reducing its size. This makes the straps too big for normal-sized hands without gloves. I have big hands and the straps were way too big for me, resulting in my grip being 2 inches below the optimal gripping point which is at the very top. After returning from my trip, I solved this problem by changing the straps for ones from an old pair of poles that don’t have this design flaw. I’d recommend the product owner to redesign the straps. Nevertheless, these are excellent poles that overdeliver for the price they cost.

Helpful tools to have when hiking.
I feel these are quality made poles. They are very strong, and have good stability and durability. Lightweight and easy to adjust to your height. With all of the attachment feet included, you can safely hike through any terrain. The pole is collapsible and fits nicely in the carrying case when not in use.

    Excellent price excellent product
My daughter had bought these trekking poles for me about 2 1/2 years ago for Father’s Day as a more sturdy, walking aid for me. We live in a lake community that has no walking pads or sidewalks and some pretty deep ditches, as well as wild critters. So it was something that I could feel my way around with as well as Finnoff attack if that were ever needed which very luckily has never happened. So in the last 2 1/2 years I have used at least one of these every day for my, 5 mile walk and during that walk I have approximately 120 feet of elevation change, which sometimes I may need to lock in the four-wheel-drive, and use the trek and pole to go uphill the last part of the trip to the house. These things are sturdy for being as light as they are. It’s a very nice pole. I had listen to some of the reviews about people bending them, but I haven’t had that problem at all. I am 6 foot three about 230 and these poles have done their job lugging my big butt up the hill.I use the rubber feet on the bottom, and with daily use. They seem to have held up extremely well over the years. We had some pretty funky weather last year with snow and ice and decided to try to get out in traverse my walking path with them and switch to the snow end and worked like a charm. I have to say for the price it’s really hard to pass these things up and as long as you’re not using it to try to chop down a tree or is a fencing weapon this thing should do exactly what you need to do. Very happy with the purchase and as well as they’ve lasted I don’t know if I’ll ever have to replace them but if I do, I will replace them with the exact same thing.so in the end and awesome price an awesome product. And as I always say, please try to read through all the spelling and grammatical errors as speech to text isn’t the best. Have a wonderful day and get out there and walk!

Excellent quality, adjustable, every hiker needs these!
I started hiking earlier this year and realized I needed some trekking poles. These poles are holding up very well; they have various tips for different conditions for snow or ice or rocky terrain or walking up steep trails. They are adjustable to a person’s height. They have helped me on the trails. I am glad I purchased these and recommend them.

    Great pair of walking sticks.
I have never used walking sticks before. So this is all new to me. But it is great to have a lightweight pair of poles with you while hiking. These are light and very well built. I expect to use them a lot in the coming years. They are comfortable in the hand. And for the price, they can’t be beat.

These CMT hiking aluminum poles were a great help on a recent 8.6 km hike. They were light-weight to carry around, the anti-shock feature absorbed the rough impacts well on the decent. The adjustable poles were comfortable on the hands during the 4 hour hike. Very good value for the price paid. Strongly recommended for anyone looking for a good pair of hiking poles without paying the high price of a pair of carbon poles. They even included bonus attachments.

I bought it to hike Fuji Mountain. The locking mechanism on the shaft did not work properly and kept getting loose changing in the lenght of the pole. I had to stop all the time to make it tight. I gave one star because the grip was pretty good and comfortable. I hope I get a refund.

Had some old hiking poles that required adjusting by turning each section to lock & unlock. Finally decided to get some better ones, especially since I’m almost 80 and want to continue hiking in the forest. These came quickly and were reasonably priced. Old ones had “cork” grips but the Eva grip is a foam/rubber and much better and extends further down the pole. The adjustable hand strap was long enough and gave me even more control, especially when going down a steep hill. Easy to release cam levers to shorten & store. These are also lighter in weight but held my body weight as I climbed down an embankment. Lots of different tips that I’ve yet to use. Would recommend highly.
